The location was good close enough to the train/bus that there were only a few bridges to go over but still out of the initial arrival chaos. The bed was super comfy and the daily tidy was lovely and not expected but super appreciated. There was an option to order the breakfast buffet and you didn’t need to do all the days which was a great option!! I don’t use it but the breakfast did smell amazing

Location. So many restaurants near by. This place is easy to access to the station.
Wall in thin.

Excellent value in Cannaregio. I felt safe walking back to this alone in the dark; the nearby streets were full of people. The personalised service at this hotel set it apart (best of all our stays around Italy). The room was light and airy with an external window. My room was on the ground floor, which might be important for some - certainly a nice change to lugging bags up and down stairs. I didn’t book the breakfast option but it smelled great. I would definitely stay here again.
Not a major, but the bathroom was so filled up with essentials (shower /loo / bidet / sizeable sink), it wasn’t easy to change there. there was plenty of room in the bedroom.

The location was nice, even though it was a 10min walk from the one mentioned on their page
We didn’t have air conditioning for 2 days, while it was 35 degrees outside and it was almost not breathable during the night because we couldn’t even open the windows because mosquitoes were coming in. Also the shower head did not stay properly on the tube and it was falling off every time we tried to turn on the water. We were basically forced to take a shower with a hose, without the shower head. On top of everything all of the doors - our room door, the shared bathroom door and our neighbours door were squeaking so much that we heard them every single time when they were going out of their room and woke us up.
