A remarkable choice of Alpine ski resorts within 90 mins - La Clusaz (25 mins), Flumet (40 mins), Chamonix (80 mins). Geneva Airport (45 mins). Annecy old town (15 mins). Lake Annecy Ski Chalet is a spacious chalet-style villa in Menthon-Saint-Bernard, offering approximately 350 m² of accommodation over several levels. With 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and space for up to 15 guests, it is particularly well suited to extended families, several families travelling together, multi-generational groups and groups of friends.
One of the great advantages of the house in winter is the amount of space it gives everyone. Large groups can holiday together with generous living areas, including a fireplace and flat screen TV in the main living room, for relaxing after a day in the mountains and plenty of room for guests to find a quieter corner when they want one. The house enjoys beautiful views towards Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains.
The chalet works especially well for mixed groups of skiers and non-skiers. Some guests can spend the day skiing while others enjoy the village of Menthon-Saint-Bernard and its medieval château popular with tourists, lakeside walks, cafés and restaurants, or head into Annecy to explore the old town, canals, markets and shops. It is ideal for families where some people ski every day, some only occasionally, and others prefer not to ski at all.
At the end of the day, everyone can come back together at the chalet. Relax in the outdoor jacuzzi, settle in beside the log fire, use the massage chair or Technogym equipment, or simply enjoy dinner and a long evening together. The house also has table tennis and a trampoline, giving children and teenagers plenty to do when they are not on the slopes.

A magical place for adults and children. The house was perfect with plenty of beds for families and children to pick from. The children loved exploring the garden and trampoline and we loved the many sun terraces to eat on. Waking up to the gentle sound of birdsong and tinkling sheep bells from the nearby field was really special. Easy walk down to the village for bakery, shop and cafe supplies

Perfect for our large group of 17 family members over 3 generations. Christine, the house manager was very helpful and the house was exactly as advertised with a great pool that was very well used by all of us. Lake Annecy and all the surrounding area is stunningly beautiful and is one of our favourite places to holiday in France

Amazing house in stunning location, would highly recommend. The house was very well furnished with plenty of seating areas for our party of 20. Lots of pool side furniture and the pool was lovely and warm with lots of toys for kids. The local agent was very helpful. The house was very clean and lots of towels provided. The location was great and the free bus service around the Lake in the summer was a real winner. Huge variety of things to do in the area.
