This is a very lovely B&B, the location is right on the lake front with a little beach however be aware the town you are in can be limited to a few ferries a day if you do not have a car, however there is a bus stop just outside to go to Bellagio and come! The family were lovely and friendly and kindly allow guests to use paddle boards/kayaks which were brilliant.
The views of the property are incredible, uninterrupted views from the window and balcony of the lake which was amazing, we unknowingly booked for the weekend of the San Giovanni fireworks and had a sensational view of these from our room.
There are a couple of restaurants around the village/town which were recommended by the hosts.
Breakfast was expensive for what it was so we only had this once- very small selection of cereals, toast, fruit and yoghurt (10€ pp/pn).
Beds were made each day however floors were not vacuumed daily and if you have been on the beach this can get a bit sandy, also towels were not changed daily.
