My husband and I stayed at Perceval for our wedding anniversary, and New Year’s Eve. We couldn’t have asked for a better place! The space was clean and comfortable, with all essentials provided. Check in process went smoothly, and the host was quick to respond when we had a question. The location was perfect, walking distance to anything you might need. Stunning views, especially from the cupola! If you are looking for a comfortable stay right in the heart of the old port, this is it! We highly recommend, and hope to return in the future.

This little piece of heaven was everything that we had hoped for and more. Meticulously cleaned and very well stocked. And the view is breathtaking!! We could watch the cruise lines coming and going. If you are longing to visit the beautiful and interesting city of Portland, you won’t find a nicer place than this one.

This was the first time that we rented a vrbo that was exactly as promised, plus a fully well apportioned kitchen with everything we needed: cheese knife(s), knives set with scissors, wine cork screw, many glasses, and plates, etc options...even plastic wine glasses for use on the deck. The entire management team was accessible and supportive. We stayed during Hurricane Lee and with the help of the team we were prepared for anything...thank goodness there was no loss of power or damage, but the team had the place ready to go just in case. We would definitely rent this property again or one of the others managed by this team!

Stayed 3 nights in Perceval 6th story condo. Overlooks the waterfront with long views. Convenient to all of Portland. Parking is adjacent and easy to use. Condo itself is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms. Communication was great. Definitely will return.

Excellent rental, right in the middle of all the action on commercial street. Easy walk to so many great restaurants and breweries. The parking pass was very helpful. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

I’m from Portland and this by far is the best location for people who are visiting. You are walking distance to everything worth visiting downtown and a quick drive to the airport. Place has a great view from the patio on top of everything else.

They say Portland is how Maine does a city and Percival is in the heart of it all. It’s a contemporary condo with a big city feel. The unique skylight windows provided a great view of the harbor and islands, and the patio provides the sights, smells and sounds of the waterfront and piers across the street. Bathrooms are a little tight on space, but the high end feel and fixtures more than make up for it. Kitchen is well appointed and open concept. Reserved parking in the lot across the street was a huge plus with summer crowds, but you wouldn’t even need a car with this location. Countless restaurants and shops within short walking distance. The almond croissants at Standard Bakery on the weekend were worth the wait. Communication with the host Scott was very easy and responsive. Percival is a definite recommend if you’re looking for an urban feel getaway in a convenient location!

Was a bit worried with the price tag, but it was totally worth it. Such a nice apartment and you can't have a better location Portland. Took my wife and kids and everyone was blown away when we walked in and having the terrace is such a nice twist and we even got to watch a quick fireworks display on Saturday from it! Unit itself is immaculate and such a cool loft vibe. Great AC, so no worries about heat from the windows and being on the roof. We really enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for the wonderful experience you, and “The Percival” penthouse provided for our family! What a great location, with outstanding views from the windows, the deck, and especially the cupola! We enjoyed being within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops! We loved the “modern-rustic”, up to date, and comfortable design! The added bonus of a parking pass provided a hassle-free experience when we went somewhere in the car. We highly recommend this property!

Our 3-night stay in Portland was just right for our young kiddos. The location was perfect for us to walk down to the water or explore the cobblestone streets. Unfortunately it rained most of our stay so we couldn’t do as much exploring on foot as we would have hoped. Excellent breads and coffee at Standard Baking Co. just down the street. Beds were comfy, pillows plush. Have already recommended to our friends.

Spent a week in this unit in Old Port in Portland. Became a second home. Every amenity available. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and nightlife. Unit is as advertised. Would highly recommend it.

We had a great seven-day stay in the Percival unit. Kitchen was fully equipped and ready for use, a plus that we used on a couple of occasions. But it was also nice to be in the center of town and be able to explore Portland's great food and beer options. We hope to return.

We were two couples enjoying this gorgeous penthouse in the heart of Portland. There for an opening at Cove Street Arts, we enjoyed a fabulous getaway! Saw the sunrise each morning from the living room, walked every day - great location, very close to bike path, waterfront, restaurants and shops. Extremely clean, nicely decorated, open space, perfect for the four of us. Hosts and staff were most attentive and communicative. We’ll be back!

Scott's place is really breathtaking from front to back. You walk in to a living room/kitchen/eating area that has unobstructed, expansive views of the harbor. This picture on the website was very accurate. We spent a lot of time in this area and found ourselves immediately calm watching the winter comings/goings of the traffic on the water. The back bedroom as well had unobstructed views of the downtown area. We loved having the blinds open all day. (Note - be aware that these are not mirrored glass from the outside.) Everything was extremely clean and well curated and our experience was this was a quiet place to stay. Scott was very responsive when needed on check-in details or recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely stay here again and loved the city of Porland!

Great location, nicely renovated, mighty comfy with some nifty skylight drama! Down the street to Standard Baking for morning coffee and baked goods! Only suggestion would be upgrading the IKEA flatware --- as picky as that sounds -- it's beyond flimsy!

This condo/apartment was exactly as shown.—modern decor with old Portland accents such as a rustic brick wall. The Commercial Street location afforded excellent access to downtown. Parking was effortless with access to a lot (included). The small deck was a bonus!

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. The place is beautiful. The location is great to walk to restaurants and the ferry. It’s very close to the airport which was a plus as well. We walked 4-5 miles every morning before we started our day and it’s a safe and beautiful place for that. The bed is very comfortable- mattress and linens.

This was a gorgeous condo in a perfect location!! It was very well equipped! The city is right outside your front door, and we loved being able to walk everywhere!! The view from the giant windows as well as the cupula provided an amazing view! You can’t go wrong with this rental!!
