Nestled in Colorado Springs, this attractive house for $478 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Some of the attractions that make you fall in love with Colorado Springs is hiking in the Garden of the Gods or Pikes Peak. Or visiting the Air Force Academy, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and the Olympic training center. Whether you are sightseeing or hiking the trails there is so much to do, you will want to return for another visit. The 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom walkout rancher. The main level kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Dining room/living room is open to be able to enjoy sharing with friends and family with the comfy lazy-boy couch and recliners. Main level master bedroom has a king adjustable bed for total comfort. Or relax in the soaking tub in the 5 piece master bathroom. Main level second bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom. The full size stack able washer/dryer is in a closet off the hall. Let the grill master prepare a delight on the gas grill while the others sip on a cool beverage and taking in the views of the mountains on the large deck. The basement is a walkout with a separate entry from the downstairs patio. The patio has a view of the mountain range with an eating area and a hot tub and fence yard. Have fun playing pool or lounging in the basement living room. The living room has a queen sofa bed. The basement bedrooms has a king bed and another bedroom queen bed. The basement has kitchenette with full size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The basement has a full size washer & dryer. With one bathroom with a tub/shower. The home can sleep up to 10 people.

Our family had a great time at this property. Very well stocked and clean. Great location, fairly quiet and nice green space behind the property helps you feel a little more private. Owners were really helpful and easy to communicate with whenever we texted.

We had a wonderful stay in this home that has it all! Major perks were the pool table, hot tub, fenced yard for our dog, comfy recliners, and all the little extras that you normally don't find in a Vrbo rental, like plenty of trash bags, plastic baggies, foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, stain spray, cooking oil, spices, plus every kitchen appliance we could need! This made preparing meals for our group of 6 adults and teens a breeze! The beds were comfy and the house arrangement was perfect so we could all spread out and find areas to relax. The house was conveniently situated to supermarkets and restaurants. The neighborhood was cute, quiet, and nice for walking the dog. During our stay, we visited Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Palmer Lake, the Olympic & Paraolympic Museum, and more. We will definitely consider this great rental on our next visit to the area! Thank you for the lovely accommodations and hospitality!

Wonderful place for my wife, son & his family (6 of us)to make our home base to see the sites in Colorado Springs & surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable, having a living room/kitchen downstairs was an added plus! The deck & downstairs patio with hot tub was sooo nice, along with a nice view. Loved our stay, owners supplied kitchen supplies which was very nice. Don't hesitate to stay here, you won't be disappointed.

We absolutely loved this home! This home is beautiful, extremely clean, full of everything needed, with kind neighbors and a wonderful host. We loved the backyard with view of the mountains. We really can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is and about how pleasant of an experience we had. Our son graduated from the USAFA and the location worked out really nice for us to travel back and forth. We would love to come back! Thank you!

We visit family in Colorado Springs a couple of times a year and had always stayed in hotels. The property looked perfect online, and did not disappoint. Very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We had some family over for dinner and we had plenty of room for everybody. Location is great, very quiet but close to stores and restaurants. We will stay here again.

Best vrbo stays we have ever had. Beautiful home, stocked to the max. It snowed one morning and when we got up to make coffee someone already shoveled the drive, porch and walkway! This house was more than we needed as we only used the first floor. Lower level did have a pool table we enjoyed but also, tv, fireplace, 2 more large bedrooms and bath, kichen. Could have easily had another family stay with plenty of room. Only need your personal items the rest is waiting for you! Most definitely will book this place again when when visit the area

Seven family members and I had a fantastic time here. The rooms were super comfy, the kitchen well equipped with with enough gear and space for everybody plus dinner guests.
This place has a lovely view of the mountains out the back windows, plus great seating out on the back balcony or patio. It was just right for us.

Tonya was very easy and kind to work with. She allowed us into the home a few hours early due to our situation. The home was very clean and cozy and comfortable. We are a family of 7 and this house was so spacious. Yard was fenced in which felt safer. Hot tub was well kept . Loved that deck furniture, grills, fireplaces, and propane heaters.
Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pans, and utensils. Plenty of towels. Toys for children. Games for all ages. This home get a 10 outta 10. Hands down happy and would definitely refer this home.

Excellent experience - absolutely no issues at all.
The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities was beyond our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed from very nice pots and pans, coffee maker, expresso, dishes and many extra items. The bathrooms were stocked with nice supplies. Everything was in excellent working order - the TV's, the hot tub, the grills, etc. We were very pleased with everything.

Nice Mountain Getaway
This home was in a great location around 30 mins away from all major attractions. Beautiful view of the mountains from the backyard. House itself was spacious and clean, pool table was used regularly. Host were available the one time I needed them and were very helpful I would stay here again if I am ever going to travel back to the area.

The house was very clean and inviting. It had a nice open floor plan upstairs. The young adults liked the pool table, large screen tv, deck and hot tub downstairs. It had a full kitchen and laundry room both upstairs and downstairs. Some nice touches were the candy bowl in the entry way and the magnifying mirror in the master bedroom! The fridge was also stocked with some soda and waters. Very nice house! It felt like our home away from home!

The house was incredible. The view of the mountains is breath taking. We were so at peace here. The property had everything we needed including games for family night. Premium accommodations with a wonderful view
Our adult family of four thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this property. We were impressed by the upgraded accommodations that included reclining leather chairs and couch in the living area, premium cookware in the kitchen and premium shampoos and lotions in the bathrooms. It seems everything was considered to make guests as comfortable as possible. Regarding the view, some may prefer a pristine golf course view. However, we found the fallowed golf course backing the property to be a great natural foreground to the views of Pikes Peak and the front range. In addition it invited wildlife sightings such as a pair of single antlered deer and a mother bobcat and her four cubs. This property sets the bar high for other VRBOs!

The home had plenty of room, privacy, and community space for four golfers. The house is 20 minutes from everything in CoSpr. I highly recommend this rental and host management.

Long weekend
This home is outstanding. It had everything you could possibly need. I can’t say enough how happy we were. Furnishing are topmost have, layout is perfect for a large group and views off balcony are great. We didn’t want to leave. We have rented numerous vacation homes throughout the years and this goes straight to the top of the list. Location is good too. I just can’t say enough. I’m hoping we make it back for a longer stay. Tonya, the host couldn’t of been nicer. Communication was excellent.

Bottom floor had 2 bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen with refrigerator, washer/dryer, and family room with a pool table. Top floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen with refrigerator, washer/dryer, and a family room. We were all able to spread out and enjoy the home after visiting many attractions throughout the Colorado Springs area. The pool table and hot tub got lots of use.
I've rented many homes through VRBO, and this house was easily the best I've stayed in. The cleanliness was top notch. The views were superb. The kitchen had everything you'd ever need to cook any meal. There were gadgets in their cabinets that I didn't even know how to use. Lol! Really, everything you need is in that kitchen. Crockpot, pressure cooker, rice cooker, electric griddle, blender, toaster, and can opener, etc.
Don and Tonya were great hosts. They answered every text within minutes (even while traveling on their own vacation). We loved our stay here, and would definitely rent this house again. Thank you Don and Tonya for a truly memory making vacation to Colorado.
