Three bedrooms, two with queen size beds and the third is a king single. All bedrooms have garden outlooks. All bed linen suppled (including pillows). Close to Scarborough surf beach, pool, cafe and restaurant strip. Easy access to public golf courses, Innaloo theatre complex with 24 theatres, and Karrinyup Mall, a major shopping complex with department stores and many specialty shops. Modern facilities. Modern fully equipped kitchen with all crockery, utensils and cutlery provided. Comfortable lounge wth TV, DVD etc ADSL broadband connection is available for your computer. Phone (local calls) and fax facility. Clean bathroom, toilet and functional laundry. Towels provided. Lifestyle. Large alfresco area for bbq. Fully enclosed surrounds in pretty garden setting. Guests have a huge range of spectacular facilities on their doorstep, including a great new beachside heated open air public pool along with with easy access to Perth’s best beach and stunning sunsets. Lovely welcoming property with more supplied than others. Plenty of anything you might need. Decorated as a home, rather than rental. Good security, comfy beds and lounges, tv in main, some lovely old pieces of furniture, lots of paintings and knick-knacks make it a home. Great position and own locked in carport. Gardens all around and airy outdoor settings for barbecues. Loved it.

Nice house, comfortable. Difficult to access the keys in the dark. No dishwasher soap or laundry soap. Never did get a response about what type of coffee making available. No instruction sheet for the house...i.e. appliances.

Lovely little house 10 minutes walk from Scarborough beach. It had everything we needed, and great communication from the owners. Very comfortable stay.

The cottage is lovely and is an easy walk to Scarborough beach. The beds were very comfortable with nice linen. As we spent very little time in the house it met our needs. However, the furniture in the lounge and outside could use a good dust. The lounge room furniture had a layer of dust on everything as did the outdoor table and chairs which needed to be cleaned down before we could sit there. The bbq also needed to be cleaned as it hadn't been since the previous use. The washing machine also had a load of towels in it which we put out, we only noticed because the machine kept beeping at us.

Loved everything about this property. So tranquil and peaceful for me. Just what I was looking for. A beautifully tasteful interior with fabulous paintings which I loved. Will definitely be staying again if possible.

Lovely stay at this comfortable, clean & secure cottage, ideally situated a short walk to cafes & beach. What made it extra special was no restrictions on having our little dogs there, we always take them with us on holiday.

Clean and comfortable accommodation with everything you need for your stay. Close enough to Scarborough beach but on a nice quiet side street as the beach front is extremely busy especially at the weekend.

What a lovely, clean, stylish and homely place to stay not too far from the beach. Beautifully decorated and offering all the comforts of home, plus a doggy door to the safe and secure back yard. I stayed here on my own with my little poodle and it was both a true sanctuary for resting and a convenient location for visiting family and friends. Thank you for a lovely place to stay with the added element of being pet friendly.

Loved this cottage and its location near the beach and shopping centre and cafes.
A tranquil spot to stay, tastefully decorated - "a home away from home" feel about it. Will certainly look at booking again when we travel to Western Australia.

Loved everything about this little cottage! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Great walking tracks for early morning walks. House is lovely, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Facilities to cook with a well equipped kitchen right down to the washing up detergent!
Hosts were very helpful and attentive when needed.
Pet friendly was the draw card for us as we had to come to Perth for our fur baby for specialist treatment. The fact PVS was only 10mins away was another bonus for us and and loved how there wasn’t a list of “rules” for pets and extra charges like most “Pet Friendly” accommodation.
Dog beach within walking distance too!
Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

This is a nice little cottage with under cover carport and secure gate in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. It's so close to the beautiful Scarborough beach and the many good restaurants within walking distance. Communication with owner was quick and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Was a real treat to stay at the property, it was a home away from home. Was also great to be able to take the pooches with us and had a doggy door to allow them to roam freely. Also a dog beach minutes away to keep them and us entertained. Well worth 5 stars.

The most idyllic "Home Away From Home"
My partner and I, together with our fur baby, spent 7 amazing nights in this cosy cottage by the sea. Everything we needed/wanted within the home was there, and the yard is just perfect for dogs, completely secure with a fully fenced yard which was very reassuring for when we had to go out. Also included is a doggy door which our dog mastered in no time! Everything about this home, from the perfect hosts, Wayne and Rhonny, the pristine cleanliness, all included amenities, to the awesome location of Scarborough, all which cannot be faulted. From the second we stepped inside the gate, we fell in love and instantly felt at home. We cannot wait to go back!
