I liked it all and staff were super friendly and always helpful. Location was great and you can walk around easily. Supermarket 2 doors away so you can pick up goods for onward travel,great restaurant just across the road…
The only bing I would say that the bathroom needed another shelf to put your toiletries on but that’s a suggestion not a criticism at all

Can’t see what they could do about it and the lady was very helpful with the luggage
But they are quite awkward and there isn’t a lift
I’m pretty fit so it was ok but it could be an issue for others. And when she saw my better half was on crutches (accident), the lady quickly gave us a first floor room rather than the higher floor one she’d intended for us

The host was very kind and helpful since our arrival.
We got a room that was perfectly clean and comfortable. The space was sufficient for 2 with our pieces of luggage.

We liked the owner. She was very sympathetic , kind and helpfull that we valued this hotel like 5 star. I will stay there next time if I visit Deauville again

Quaint building and friendly staff
First room up 3 flights of narrow old stairs. Roof windows so couldn't see out at all. very claustrophobic. Wifi not good- weak signal.
Lady at desk changed room to ground floor (we booked a superior room and were expecting a garden view room) without any fuss. A quaint but tired room. No coffee/tea facilities.

Great location! Close to everything. Super friendly staff. Lots of free parking nearby. Also close to a carrefour.

The lady who ran the hotel went out of her way to help us secure a taxi back to the port after our pre booked car didn’t turn up. Without her help we would have missed our ferry.
Our room was fine but think next time we would upgrade to a better one.

The fluffiest towels, the best garden view, amazing airflow thru the three open windows, fabulous evening reading in the garden, loved the flower names and the very friendly reception. I wish we could have stayed for breakfast but realized last minute we had to rush to return the car rental. Amazing night- thank you so much.

the hotel is very nice, the position is excellent as is located in the Main Street of Deauville close to the beach but also in the heart of restaurant and bar area. The staff is all very warm, taking care of all the guests in a fantastic way.

Very good breakfast, very convenient location..just a ten min walk from the train and bus station and about the same to the beach. The host, Laurent, and his wife Annie were very nice.
The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Very good location, near the center, near the beach. Everything you can reach by foot. Simply, but good breakfast: coffe, home made jogurt, honey, jam, and cake. Owner give us boiled egg :) Room was small, but very clean, there were everything in the bathroom, what you need. Not far from hotel, you can leave car to park free
