Location and friendliness of staff was great. The apartment and all facilities were very clean. It felt safe and i would recommend it to others and return!
Would have been nice to have a bigger view but there is a rooftop pool area and views from up there are ovely!

I stayed in an executive apartment. It was lovely - loved the decor. Nice, clean and bright. Wish I was staying longer too enjoy it!

Clean and close to everything.
No free parking

It has a decent location, close to the harbour and restaurants.
Nobody there to check in with…left unmanned and had to call an out of city number to reach anyone! Annoying reminders about check in paperwork when there was no one at reception to check in with!
WiFi very in and out…they also claimed a data limit that had never been mentioned by Booking.com

The room didn't have that musty smell that so many Cairns Hotels have from the constant humidity.

Sufficient space, close to the city and harbour,
The city quays is older than I had expected, not much of a view, pre check in vie email and unnecessary request (photo of government approved ID )! Pool small, water cold !

Location good
Very noisy due to waterblasting which were not told about. Given wrong room to start with, not enough coat hangers. No change of towels or rubbish emptied for the whole 8 days.

2 comfortable chairs and a luggage rack would be handy.

good location, great shower
small room, not much room for luggage.

Overpriced and very basic room, had to try and find a blanket, bed hard in middle like rolling over a mountain with a hard top between the two single beds put together to make a king, basic supplies and the smallest milk amount provided, very dated and old, toilet got stuck running and smoke alarm for building rang very loud early in the morning on Sunday morning getting everyone out of the building
Better bed and decor and larger milk and better coffee…..better price to suit

Great location! Rooms very clean, beds comfortable and it was handy having microwave and plates.
The swimming pool wasn’t that inviting. if it were heated and some landscaping done it’d be a lot nicer.

Not one thing! We will never stay here ever again and would certainly not recommend it to anybody.
Absolutely everything! We paid $260 for a room the size of a bathroom with a worn out double bed that has seen more miles than it could handle. The “view” of the “garden” consisted of “rocks”! The shower sprayed water everywhere but on you and the room smelt stale. We barely slept a wink as the bed was completely had it and was so small that we had no room to move. There was a “knee rug” in the cupboard to keep warm with and the sheets felt dirty. The pillows were so flat you had to roll it up to try and use it. Our stay was absolutely DISGRACEFUL! There was no parking to book in and nowhere to park your car once you booked in. NEVER AGAIN!
