Overall - great location, pleasant interior worked well for our group of 8. The noticable lack of pride of ownership was a deterant. Exterior looks like a dump. Not well marked for uber drivers, etc. Broken blinds in LR mended with scotch tape that didn't hold. Equipment for beach is rusted and much of it non-functional (chairs, specifically). Funky beach house - not a problem. But when you're paying top dollar it feels a little disrespectful to have the choice between two broken beach umbrellas. Host/property manager (?) was responsive to our difficulties getting in the door upon arrival. Arrival instruction did not address which front door with push button lock to use. Area around the real front door wasn't cleaned up and lock mechanism took a lot of pretty good minds to figure out. Just saying... it wasn't a warm welcome. Then no soap no plastic bags no garbage can bags, etc. With a 6k total tab for 5 nights seems like they could have provided a few extras. Oh well. We love the beach and had a great time being together. Its a functional house and we felt at ease in it.

Beautiful spot close to the beach. The host is easy to reach. There are plenty of towels, beach toys, boogie boards, and other beaches essentials. No need to bring a bunch of stuff with you. The ocean is easily heard from all the rooms. Great place to stay. The parking cannot be beat.

This home was the perfect configuration for our family of 6 adults. The three sons in master bedroom, daughter in queen and mom and dad downstairs. The kitchen was very well equipped as we prepared most of our meals in the home. 2nd floor dining patio with long table was perfect for evening meals. The use of chairs, umbrella, and even tote bags was a bonus. Location could not have been better as we were steps to the beach and a short walk to the bay, also close to Mission Street with loads of restaurants, bike rentals, etc. Great home. Thank you!

Just steps away from the beach. Nicely appointed with almost everything you need for a great beach vacation. If you want to have a fire on the beach bring your own fire pit and marshmallows.Plenty of parking, space, games, and patios. We will be trying to stay here every year if it’s available
