Convenient location, helpful and welcoming staff. The room was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

Good location, nice breakfast, well functioning AC, nice restaurants close by
Although nice view from the roof top, the terrace itself is a bit shabby

The staff were lovely, there was always someone available at reception. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace bar which meant we didn't have to sit in our room in between outings. The room was cleaned daily and towels replaced as requested. The location (Soho) was good for accessing the train station, old town and sea.
It just felt a bit "budget" rather than 4 star. The room was clean/adequate but in need of updating. The TV only showed Spanish TV which was a surprise - most places have Netflix/Prime you can log into (don't they?). The location was in a back street so window view was onto building the other side of the street.
