Overnight stay. The staff and location was great
The view from our window was looking down on top of the entrance, and it has/is being used to dump rubbish, metal, old plastic Christmas tree, black bags that have started perish,so been therefor sometime.
Our bedroom was very tiered in decorative conditions...Cobwebs on walls, sink tap fallen off, bedside cabinets scruffy with very bad chipped varnish.
Thermostats protruding out of wall, cigarette burn on window board,a disgusting mark on curtains, no electric sockets by beds. The walls are filthy as in the skirting boards....
The wedding was very clean, and the bed was comfy.

Really clean, very friendly staff and brilliant location
Car parking was okay but I imagine it would be difficult when busy. As I read in the reviews, it could do with a revamp, carpets and furniture. Also it would be handy to have a tv in the second bedroom in the Family suite

The breakfast was excellent, and the lady in charge very friendly and attentive. The location of the Dragon is excellent; for shopping, walking to Swansea Bay, and getting to the railway station.
The room was clean, but the furniture in the room was battered and stained, and the carpets in the hotel were worn and unattractive.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and waitress at breakfast was superb. Location is good. TV was of a good size and standard.
The receptionist on arrival was sullen. we could hardly hear her. We were on 6th floor, and only one of the two lifts worked, and that one wasn't reliable. On entering the room there was a strong smell of bleach. We returned from a show about 9-15 at night, hoping to have a drink in the bar but it was closed.
