It was very clean, room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Very conveniently located a few minutes away from Futian Railway Station.
Nothing.

The beds were so comfy and the room was clean and spacious. It was also conveniently located next to Futian Railway and metro lines, as well as malls with food and shopping options. Our room also had a good view of the lit up buildings at night.
Not enough outlets in the room and the alarm clock magnetic phone charger didn’t always work.

Easy access from the Futian station, professional staffs. Not the newest hotel but spacious and maintained very clean. Good value for money.

The Horizon Club was amazing and I would recommend everyone to consider an upgrade to it. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and have nice views. The views from the Horizon Club is fantastic and the included breakfast, afternoon tea and evening snacks, wines and cocktails and is very elegantly presented and tasty. The evening snacks is an understatement as it could easily be a substitute for dinner.
Nothing, it was all great.
