The location is a wonderful setting plenty of views over the countryside.
Our room ( main building) was a good size
Very confusing service at the restaurant.. we arrived at our reservation time and seated at a table then spent 10mins waiting for a drinks menu which we had to call for. As a couple we felt attention for our table was lacking

Very nice, clean property with large rooms and bathrooms. I had a very relaxing massage the evening we arrived and it was great. The breakfast served in the morning was nice; lots of selections.
Away from town so no selections for dinner outside the resort unless you wanted to drive.

Beautiful views, large rooms, clean and modern in a classic way. convenient location close to Orvieto.
A/C was shut off for season, it wasn't working. And we could not open windows because no screens and bugs were getting in. For a wine resort, I wish they included a bottle of their own wine and wine opener in each room. It also was not very clear on if or how to purchase wine or oil from the estate. A small gift shop area would be nice. More lighting along the pathways and surrounding roads would be nice as it's pitch black out after sunset on a cloudy day. Maybe change up the breakfast options every day or so.

The view
Accomodation is over a large extended area, too far away from main facilities. Two pools, our room was at the outer pool, nice pool no services, if a drink was required you needed to call reception. Wine or beer could be ordered by phone for extra 10 euro to deliver. No toilet facility. For breakfast we needed to either drive or negotiate a hilly track for 7 minutes walk. Restaurant/bar area lacked service, only used it once each time I had to walk to the bar for service.
We had one of the most expensive rooms in the resort. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it.
