The lady at reception was really nice and welcoming. She even allowed us to leave our bags there after check-out, which we appreciated. The room was clean and had all the basic facilities we needed.
Unfortunately, the noise was a major issue. The street noise and the lack of soundproofing in the hallways meant I could hear almost everything, which made it difficult to sleep well. Another downside was the €20 fee for late check-in. I arrived at 22:15, and having travelled to many places in Italy, I had never encountered this kind of charge before. The property should offer a self-check-in option, such as a key lockbox or secure keypad, for guests arriving after reception hours.

This was a good location for our 1 night stay in Pisa. To the railway station, Tower of Pisa, cafes/restaurants and city shops were all flat, easy walks. Very clean accommodation. Friendly owner. Both a kettle and coffee machine were present. Large comfortable bed. Secure accommodation. Your given your own 3 keys for entry and exit (Communal gate, main door and your room).
A little street noise - no double glazing and ground floor accommodation. Shutters with curtains but they weren't black out curtains. Breakfast is not included but there are local cafes/convenience stores close by.

The owner was extremely kind in waiting up for me when my flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive until nearly midnight. I was so grateful to her as I was travelling alone and very stressed.
Excellent customer service!

Good central location, a short walk from train station, though difficult wheeling a heavy case over uneven pavement. Friendly reception. Allowed us to store baggage until our train was due.
There was a smell of sewage when entering the building from the street. My wife was not happy with the cleanliness, especially of the bathroom. We expected better for the price paid.
