Excellent location, great views from room
Rooms were a little small but to be expected.

Location amazing. Great views from the room. Friendly staff. 7-11 and Family Marts incredibly close by. Quiet room, great shower. Shinjuku station right there.
Only that the beds were way too firm for our liking.

The area was good easy access to trains.
I do wish location had more English speaking people. Other than that I don’t have any complaints.

The hotel location is convenient, close to Shinjuku station and lots of fun activities at night.
The hotel rooms have some kind of sewage smell in the bathroom regardless they look clean and they clean the room everyday for us. We even smell it in the hallway and around Shinjuku on the street.
