The appartment was large and nicely situated with a small terrace near the swimming pool. The swimming pool is really nice and the garden is very beautiful!
There is a fully equipped kitchen with pans, plates etc, but lacks basic ingredients like salt, pepper, oil, etc. It would be nice for guests who visit the Algarve by plane not to have to bother about such basic ingredients... Further the appartment interior is dated and could use repairs/renovation.

We had an amazing stay at Monte dos Avos. It's a hidden gem, for ultimate relaxation!!
When you are done with lying at the beatiful pool it only takes 15 to 30 minutes to go anywhere (Albufeira, Silves, Lagos, Tavira etc).

water in a pool is not heated that is why at the time of our visit it was not comfortable to swim there much. The house has two BBQ places with all all needed - just need to bring coal and what you want to cook. The kitchen also has eveything you need. The balcony (we lived on the second floor) has a nice view on the pool and neighborhood.
There were very few other quests thereby comfortable. clalm and cozy stayment is quaranteed.
the accomodation should have such spare items like toilete paper, tablets for dish washer.

Quiet, clean and comfortable beds.
The fact there is no staff present, just a contact phone. makes it difficult for new arrivals to understand how everything works. However, we managed to sort out the misunderstanding at arrival by calling the contact number. Two young women has taken possession of the keys that had my name and occupied the room,. When we arrived after a long driving journey, it was another guest we could not enter the parking lot and it was a guest whom opened the entrance gate.

Best place for long summer vacation with a family and friends. It was nice and quite place. You definitely need a car to stay there .
They didn't have any room heating so we spent our night in the cold. Even though this place listed that they have heating. It was 1st march quite cold night and they didn't have heavy blankets as well. 😏

Good appartment in a quite place, pool, bbq facilities. Good value for money.
Somewhat compact room. The property is in the middle of nowhere, but if you have a car (or bicycle) it is no problem to reach the beach or town.

Ants outside and in laundry room.
As there are 7 different appartments, you do not know, which one you will get just by looking at the pictures, which suppose to be about your booking.
And you never know with whom you end up staying there. One bigger family was making loud noise during the day listening their favourite music, so I needed to ask them to turn it down, as their apartment was in front of the pool, doors and windows open.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with an excellent location to the beaches. All rides were 10 minutes or less. I took walks each morning in the countryside surrounded by carob, fig and almond trees. Also, the pool was beautiful and a very relaxing retreat.
The furniture could be a bit newer and more modern, leaving more room to walk around in the apartment. I also wish there were more sockets and more easily accessible sockets, but it all worked out anyway. I would certainly return!!!

For me the position was ideal. Close to Guia with their wonderful Chicken piri piri restaurants and friends who live there. For those who love the beach only a few minutes drive and close to Albufeira Marina & old town. Very quiet clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
Nothing but I'd advise that you have a car.

Beautiful, clean, large, bright and airy apartment. We had a fantastic week here and would love to be back there right now! Staff were all friendly and attentive. Pool area was quiet and clean and relaxing. Nice comfy bed and good AC. Lovely breakfasts on the balcony each morning in the sun. Location was quiet and maybe a car would be a good idea (lots of parking space) but we managed absolutely fine with Ubers. We walked to the beach but it was about 30 mins in the sun and not many pavements but there were barely any cars. We went into Albufeira every night for dinner/drinks too as there were not many restaurants nearby. We bought lunch from the nearby Aldi to last us the week which was great if on a budget.
