The history of the place. Wonderful setting. Cozy and comfortable dinner by the fireplace in the converted stables, now a restaurant. Unusual set up with breakfast served in the converted barn.
Unfortunately, there was an awful smell in the bathroom, possibly from the drain of the shower. Some details being rather modern, where some older restored pieces would have given it that extra charm.

Very good location in proximity to things we wanted to do.
Our room was over the street and the loud sounds from area bars was a bit loud late into the night. Bed pillows could use updating.

Excellent location, clean and light room, very good reception staff. Surprisingly little noise considering the central location!
No complaints.

Close to everything which was great!
The pillows are very uncomfortable. It’s like they’re barely stuffed at all. I had to stack 3-4 pillows just to get some neck support. I left with neck pain.
