Very clean. Location
Decor very cheap. Only bathroom amended were 2 tiny bottles of shower gel. Nowhere near enough and forget about using the bath. The breakfast was substandard with a poor selection and stale bread. The fruit was very old and half bad.

I absolutely loved this apartment! It was the perfect size for three people, and we even had an extra bed. The shower was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, both bedrooms had air conditioning, and the large windows were lovely. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful!
Max, who manages the property, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was very well organized, spotlessly clean, and impeccably maintained.
The location is fantastic, right in front of Porta Elisa! Secure parking is available for an additional daily fee and must be reserved in advance. You can park just outside the city walls and reach the apartment in only a 3-minute walk. There are also restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Lucca. Everything was perfect. **I LOVED IT!**

The villa is about 100 years old and the ground floor has beautiful tiles throughout. Our room was large with high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also large with a hairdryer, soap, towels etc.
The breafast was excellent with a variety of good food to offer. The owner, Max made very good cappuccinos with a lovely smile.
The villa is only about 50m from the Eliza gate so the location couldn't be better. Also there was parking behind the villa.
