Very friendly, would recommend
Room was a bit dark and dated

Location to main A96.
Good selection of food at breakfast
Friendly staff
Sauna in annex room - but.....
We waited for nearly 20 minutes to be checked in and I had to go looking through the hotel to actually find someone to check us in
Sauna in annex room is very, very small and leaked water out onto the shower room floor.
Quite a bit of dust on the blinds.
Shower room looking a bit tired with cracked tiles and dodgy toilet handle .

Very clean and welcoming, the staff even got up an hour early on Sunday to make Breakfast for me which was lovely
Every thing else was spot on except! that the out buildings at rear of the property, that looked to have been recently modernized, Didn`t seem to have taken into account sound insulation between the rooms into account and being a light sleeper didn`t get a lot of sleep due to noise coming though the walls and Mezzanine floor etc.

friendly staff, convenient location and good food, overall good value for money and met our requirements for our stay
the room was strangely configured with the bedroom up a steep set of stairs. Also, the Sauna in the bathroom was a little odd and took up space which would have been useful in the seating area
