About this house rental
A perfect choice for families and friends who want to vacation together but also enjoy some privacy. Our property has two side by side spacious cottages that have an adjoining door. Each cottage has central AC, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, deck, outdoor shower and fire pit and large yard. Cottage 1(6 guests): Offers 2 bedrooms(1)-King, (2)-1 Queen and Bunkbeds(2 Twins). Cottage 2(5 guests): Offers 2 bedrooms(1) Queen, (2)-Bunkbeds(2 Twins) with Trundle and a Twin bed. One full sleeper sofa for extra guests. Brand new18x36 in ground pool, with large patio and gas fire pit to enjoy together after a day at the beach- an easy 10 min walk away.

Great location ... great property!! Had a wonderful time with my family. The outdoors is heaven and beautifully setup. The pool is nice and large and spending nights outside by the. fire was perfect. Great weekend.

Great properties for multiple or larger families. Plenty of space both inside and outside, with updated pool and communal areas in backyard. Quick, clear communication with host. Clean, well appointed living spaces. Short walk to beach. Overall, a great place to stay!

We loved our stay in Eastham! The house was perfectly suited for our group-- it was very helpful that they had all the beach towels and sheets, just make sure to bring shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor dining. The grill worked great, and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again for a group trip!
