We had Covid and we had to pay the full price even if we told them early enough and couldnt go there. Greedy hosts. we expected a bit tolerance since its Not high season and the bed probably would have stayed unoccupied anyway.

The check in was a bit weird, we didn't realize that we had an email with the check in information including code for lockbox that had the key to get us into the building, luckily after a few minutes someone came out of the building so we could come in, and a guest was in the b&b so they explained to us that it's in the email (which we could only see after we connected with the wifi). Essentially we didn't see a worker there until checkout but they were available by email. Beaises the slightly annoying beginning everything else was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the mini fridge was a great bonus to cool our cheese we bought, and the bathrooms although shared were very clean! I don't know how full the B&B was since we only saw a few guests but I'm assuming if it's full there may be some wait for the bathrooms/shower (there are 2 showers and 2 bathrooms) but the most we had to wait was just a few minutes. For the price we highly recommend, keep in mind that Locarno is really expensive, luckily for us there was a supermarket (Aldi) just around the corner so we made our own breakfast/lunch.

Lovely stay. Perfectly located. It was a nice, lovely accommodation, for this price. Very clean. And Ticino Tichets for free transport.

Very clean and comfortable rooms and great value for money. There was no breakfast in-house, but supermarkets and coffeeshops are near. Location is very central (just off the main square).

central location means it was noisy in the morning.

Location in the center of Locarno, easy self check-in, cleanliness of room and shared bathrooms, one of the bathrooms is very big. Personnel was very kind and available by phone even though there was no reception.

Noise from the other rooms, no shampoo in the bathroom.

there is No aircondition so its very very hot in the room in the summernights. there is a fan in the room. there is No parking around only some very expensive parking where you Can park 45 min during the day
