Our stay was excellent. I look forward to my next stay.

I like the breakfast variety. The location is accessible to public transport . I like the reasonable size of the room. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaners were very good.

There is always room for improvement!

We enjoyed our stay! We love the location to the Paris subway system.

The staff was very helpful, and held our bags while we did a day trip, (we stayed 3 nights). We had a wonderful conversation with the bartender during Happy Hour, he was very attentive, kind, and helpful in learning about Paris.

I think that starting the breakfast serving time to 6:00 or 6:30 am, would benefit the flow of patrons/travelers greatly. The queue was so large at 7 am, it held up the patrons gathering food in a timely manner, and disrupted the ease which normally follows a well run food buffet.

Superb

Our room was nicely spacious, quiet. The staff was really nice and ready to help out for all our questions. Good underground parking spot. We didn’t use the hotel restaurant, but enjoyed the restaurants around at a short walking distance. Easy to get around with the metro. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

You can’t open the windows (of course for safety purposes) but that didn’t bother me. The climate is a bit tricky to use.

Amazing hosts! So kind, supportive, helpful, welcoming, giving advice, ... All perfect, they make your journey happening wonderful. Amazing home-made breakfast too. 10min walking distance from Place Saint Pierre

i will never come back there

location, underground parking lot

bed- one leg was too short, so every single time I moved on bed I was feeling uncomfortable jumping. there was no socket in bathroom, I couldn’t use my hairdryier nor straightener or drawer to put my cosmetics somewhere. insead there was old phone next to toilet bowl (it was so old that was in yellow colour). there were no bulb in floor lamp.light on corridor on our floor was blinking for 4 days.

room size; coffee and boiler in the room

room temperature too hot with low possibility to reduce; staff at reception bit confused, several person that probably did not communicated properly each other, for our reservation (we arrived days earlier asking to merge with the first booking done via booking.com and this created some mess

no dinner options and a few differences between the add and the existing facilities in the room, like no iron and no robes.

At the check in took 100 euro extra in case we steal something or brake or eat and not paid. No USB. Booking is not informing about extra 100 € . We didn't expect that as it is not normal for 4 star hotel where the night is 150 . Bar and fridge is empty. Towel was missing after the cleaning service. To call Reception is not easy as it was busy. Had to call three times to request a towel. You can't use the phone from the room, reception couldn't help with the call to make a booking, rude answer over the phone like "find the way how to call from your phone..." bad customer services for 4 star. Still waiting for our deposit of 100 euro after paying 300 for two nights.

I have been over charged. My invoice says 134.88 Euros, but my debit card statement is showing a deduction of 219 USD.

Location, price, breakfast, room.

No lobby, one replaced towel was a little dirty, check in was confusing.
