Staff was really friendly and helpful. Well located and close to the metro. The complimentary drinks and snacks were a really nice touch too.

Amazing hotel! - Brilliant staff: the staff at Reception were exceptionally welcoming and helpful! I stayed during the Pope’s visit which caused chaos to the city centre and the staff helped me with transportation tips and general safety advice. - Great location: central, safe and easy to even walk to some key sightseeing places - Clean and comfortable room - Great amenities: a robe and slippers in the room, free beverages from the minibar, free snacks and beverages in the hotel lounge.
The only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t stay longer :) Everything was fantastic!
