Excellent location. Staff professional and friendly. Room clean and well stocked with basic essentials.
A little pricey for a room only stay.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and a charming outside restaurant/breakfast place in the courtyard. Close proximity to two metro stations and hence very easy to reach other locations in Paris.

Location, comfort, staff friendly
The air conditioning/heating didn’t work properly and the staff didn’t seem to be concerned but the room was either very hot or then cold

The location is good, and the staff are lovely and attentive. When I raised my concerns about the standard of the room, the person on reception was very gracious and accepted my feedback, which is all that I was asking for.
THe rooms are a little tired and need of make over, whilst it was "clean" it needed attention. there were permanent stains on the bathroom floor, the one small window in the room was dirty on the outside. The hinges on cabinet doors needed attention and some doors didn't close. When I tried to use the ironing board it collapsed, and the iron did not heat up. The room needs to be painted. When I fed back my impression of the room, they did offer to change the room which was nice, but not necessary, I was only providing feedback as I expected a higher standard from a Renaissance Hotel. They informed me that the rooms are being upgraded over the winter so when I come back again they should be a true reflection of the Renaissance brand. I do believe that we just booked a room a the end of it's cycle before maintenance.
