Beautiful buffet breakfast and a la carte options offered. Service was good and not rushed.
I hadn't pre booked which caused some confusion as the rest of our party had rebooked. Happy with the cost
Just one male toilet downstairs and often a queue.
Adjusting the heating control seemed to make no difference and the room was quite hot. Opened the window for comfort but there was some street noise outside

Magnificent classically appointed room with separate lounge. Super clean. Breakfast excellent.
Some confusion regarding the holding deposit policy which I think needs to be followed up by Booking.com to clarify.

Perfect location
The duvet was a little bit small and didn’t fit to cover the full bed

The hotel has a great location and a beautiful style. I really enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only downsides were the lack of a proper laundry service, as the available option was quite expensive for only a few items. The bathroom heater was not working, and there was no iron available in the room.
