The property was better than what I expected. Loved the view and sound of the lake. Loved how spacious it was. The description was accurate, there was more than enough space for the 7 of us to have our own beds, walk around, and just be comfortable. There were minor things that needed to be fixed, but overall everything was clean, looked renovated, we were able to use what we needed, and everyone had a great time. I definitely plan to come back again. Thank you!!

First off this location is great, Water front and spacious! THATS IT. The unit was dirty, dust on all light fixtures and fans, cooling vents and floors. Half patched over holes in the walls, that were not painted. ALL OUTSIDE DECKS WERE FILTHY. We were not IMPRESSED. Certainly not worth the money.

We arranged this condo rental for a mid-week getawayfor four siblings and partners. The condo was spacious, clean, well located and had two great decks overlooking the lake. Complete instructions were provided to make check in/out hassle free andspeedy. We were completely satisfied.

This was one of the few places that could accommodate our large family. We had a great time, we rarely heard any partying neighbors despite knowing that's what everyone is here to do. We had a great time, the pool was warm and clean, the beds were clean, and so was all other furniture. Someone before us put their dishes away soaking wet so we had to re-wash before using and the property is on the far-end from the downtown area, but it offers great views and tons of space!

We had a blast! There were 12 of us and the Island Club Rentals provided enough space for everyone. We couldn't have asked for better weather and the views from the Rentals were excellent! There were spots on the walls that could have been painted but besides that we really enjoyed our stay and have all agreed we want to come back next summer and stay at the same place.

My family really enjoyed our time in Put-in-Bay. The Waterfront Condos have so much potential, but they are simply too dirty. The porch was covered in spider webs, but the really gross part is that the inside was too (the webs had living spiders in them).

Very nice condo, however , we had several bachelorette and bachelor parties who partied at the pool all day and were loud at night coming and going. We were a family group with children and would probably not stay here again on the weekend

For the price, we are very disappointed with the property. The positive was the location, being on the water and by the pool was ideal. However, the unit itself was a let down. It started with the fact that at 4:00 (which is such a late check in to begin with) our code wouldn't work. We called three times before someone even addressed it for us. The condo had moldy shower curtains, dirty floors, and little utensils in the kitchen for use. The worse part about it all, I read a review before going down about the shower curtains so I emailed Josh to get AHEAD of the poor review, he assured me it was taken care of and in fact ALL shower curtains had been replaced. Couldn't have been more far from the truth. The cleanliness was a real problem. Our feet from just walking around the condo were black on the bottom, that is disgusting. The halls had the same garbage laying around the entire three days we stayed there. So many built up spider webs, bugs. All the staff has to do daily is spray it down to eliminate the build up. The cost is too high for such a low level maintenance. We will not be choosing to go back unfortunately.

Have stayed at these condos many times but this is the first time we were disappointed. We had refrigerator problems first day and ended up with 2 refrigerators all week,1 in kitchen and 1 next to tv. Somethings got thawed and had to use coolers and buy extra ice, things you go on vacation to get away from. But,the maintenance man was a great help! The downstairs bathroom sink wasn't draining, the shower liner was moldy. The living room fan was about ready to take off when turned on. No trash cans upstairs and floors needed cleaned. The condo needs attention. We will go back but not to this condo.

The view from the waterfront condo is wonderful! I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony! There were plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, and seating for us all. If you run out of anything like paper towels, toilet paper, or trash bags just give them a call and it is addressed right away! The elevator made it easy to transport items from the car to the room. Golf cart rental was also easy! We enjoyed the pool as well. I do suggest this place for a future stay! The only negative we experienced was NOT related to the Island Club rental but rather that there are very few options for breakfast until 10:00am. This made it difficult with small children being from Texas flying in.

Had a great time at the Waterfront Condo complex. Unit was very clean and spacious. Loved the outdoor deck that looked over the lake. There were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. Location is great - just a short golf cart ride to all the restaurants/bars. The Roundhouse Bar was our favorite - live music and fun people. Definitely returning next year!!

We love the property and the proximity to the water. The waves put us to sleep every night. Cleanliness attention to detail and Lemons we’re all great assets. However getting our $500 deposit returned Seemed to be a bit of a challenge. There were many conflicting responses to our inquiries. It took over three weeks to get our deposit returned.

Condo was clean and spacious. Was not kitted out very well for 12 guests. We only had 6, but there was only 1 wine glass, 6 plastic cups, etc, etc, there was no dustpan and brush and we would have liked a swiffer for the price we were paying. Which is why I only gave you 4 stars. Besides that we had an excellent time, and will probably be back next year.
