Stayed last year, again this year and have already booked fo next year

View from the room, staff can’t do enough for you, lovely restaurant we ate there on 8 evenings and good breakfast

One person serving in the pool bar at lunch time was ridiculous- too long to wait for a drink or food. Only one umbrella in the pool area should be at least a dozen. Only four tables to eat at in the pool area - not enough should be at least doubled. Where’s a toilet in the pool area crazy that there isn’t one. Pool area very small when large families are there. Too much bird pop everywhere - needs jet washing more often. Rock area below the restaurant never cleaned all the time we were there I.e bed and floor dirty. Poor waiter service again in this area. Restaurant menu very limited when staying for 2 weeks. Lastly a lot more could be done in the closed season like improving some of the landscaping and painting some of the outside - the hotel is looking very tired in places and is in need of renovation

Great location - facilities could be spectacular if updated!

location is the best thing about this property. view of the ocean with lots of Mega Yachts.

No parking, beware you must park your car on the street which is a neighborhood. Therefore we cabbed everywhere as we didn’t want the hassle of finding a place to park. TV reception was non-existent. We had to go to a sport’s bar to watch the French Open. I think the hotel should have paid for our cab there and back. Lock on patio door did not work. AC was either too cold or too hot. Nice size room but decor very dated. Pool area poorly managed. My husband injured his arm moving a lawn recliner to a shaded area. Pool guy should have done this for us. Restaurant had a magnificent view of the water but food was not good and highly expensive. Charged 8 euros for bucket of ice. Did not supply any complimentary water. When asked about this, front desk told me to use mini bar so had to pay for it. No golf carts to take guests to their rooms. Front desk manager not friendly and was condescending. I repeatedly sent a note thru Booking to inquire about parking. Did not get an answer until 2 days before check in. This hotel could be so much more than it is.

My room was along a very dark corridor and the room itself gloomy inside.

Decent but hotel could make you feel more welcome with extras .

Restful calm and comfortable stay

Quiet picturesque sea front location, friendly staff, professional spa service. Area around pool included lovely garden, pool bar service attentive.

No equipment to make warm drink in room (kettle), menu in restaurant remained the same (some specials would have helped).

A perfect couples getaway, with great food, service and idylic location.

The balcony was huge with views to the sea and double aspect, with beds and table / chairs. the service was brilliant, the food excellent. The breakfast was included, continental and cooked to order. The location was fantastic, very quiet but there is a beach 10 minutes wallk and a small town about 15 minutes walk. If you are no physically fit you would need a car as the roads are quite hilly. Taxis are convenient, bus service form the town to Palma.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making in the room. The bed was a bit hard. It could be noisy on an evening but mainly staff talking in the lobby as our room was just at the top of the landing (room 109)

Exceptional

This hotel has such authentic Mallorcan atmosphere. It's classical. It's relaxing. It's private. It's romantic. You have a wonderful seaview from any point, our favourite were outside lounge and restaurant and from the terrace of the room. Garden rooms are huge plus, you get the feeling of living in a cute finca, right on the seaside and we could listen to the waves hitting rocks downstairs while laying in bed.

We really enjoyed our stay.

location. on the coast. close to places of interest.comfortable room

reception was a bit slow. breakfast and dinner staff not very attentive. had to pour my own wine. food ad restaurant was on, but excepted more for high end hotel

Easter holiday, could be better but wasn’t awful.

- Perfect location on top of the cliffs overlooking the sea. - good breakfast - nice spot to take a swim in the sea.

- superior sea view room with balcony was right actors the kitchen exhaust outlets and it smelled like fried chips all day when opening the window let alone use the balcony. - some staff were excellent and friendly and some others quite arrogant. - pool was unheated and with quite a bit of leafs - the pool bar was completely deserted over Easter.

Great restaurant. Relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful setting

The traditional rooms are so variable. Rooms or suites of the same category and price can be quite different in terms of size and privacy.

Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy a slower pace, elegant surroundings and stunning views.

Stunning location, beautiful terrace, amazing views. Old school charm.

Location, location, location!

Location is great,direct view of the sea, helpful staff, nice gardens and surroundings. would love to visit again.

Food and drinks a little overpriced and too fancy. especially for lunch or afternoon snack it would be great if there was a more relaxed area. rooms could be upgraded a little bit, for example hair dryers.

We had a wonderful stay and the restaurant was excellent and is a must!!

The location was perfect. So many places and beaches were near by. The breakfast was excellent, so much choice!

The swimming pool was a little disappointing but we sat on the sunbeds by the rocks looking out to sea and this made up for it. Swimming in the sea was just fabulous.

a perfect stay in beautiful surroundings

This was our second stay at Hotel Bendinat and we had forgotten just how good it is and how the staff and the surroundings make you feel, very relaxing and a wonderful stay. Our room over looked the sea through the pine trees, spacious, clean, comfortable with quality towels, robes and slippers. If you stay at this hotel you have to have dinner on the terrace here. It is a very poplular dining location and probabily the best restaurant in the area. Breakfast is also served on the terrace overlooking the sea, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruits, pastries, cooked options, a perfect start to the day

Very good

Beautiful location with sea access and wonderful view for meals. Poolside area is lovely also with the views. The food was delcious (breakfast superb) and there was a feel of luxury.

Rooms were OK (we asked for traditional but were not available) . Some staff were not helpful! Lunch and dinner are overpriced. Dinner we actually had to send back as the seafood was off! Crucially I did not appreciate the broken glass all around the terrace area at breakfast especially with little children and having to point it out 3 times for no one to do anything about it.
