Friendly staff, great location

A bath at the end of a day skiing would have been a plus!

Fantastic location in Saint Gervais Les Bains. Beatrice was very friendly and really helpful, answering our questions before arrival and ensuring we had everything we needed even though we had a very late arrival at the hotel. Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable and a great shower. The breakfast was excellent. This is a fantastic hotel with very friendly staff who are very accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place for a stop before going to Italy. Small hotel with nice atmosphere. The hotel owner was very friendly and helpful. You feel immediatly at home. Good breakfast.

difficult to get rid of your car, had to put my car in a public parking 300 meter from the hotel.

Nice location

The hotel is very central, which is great if you're out until late, but otherwise super loud in the summer if you want to keep your windows open (and you need to, in the heat!). We were welcomed by the receptionist and liked the location, but wouldn't choose to stay here for longer than one night.

The rooms are super small so not at all ideal for more than one night or if you have a lot of stuff (we were through-packing so had loads!). While very central, this can be a pain as it's really loud at night and when we stayed there was also loud live music at a bar nearby which went on forever. No option to close the windows in the summer as it's way too hot and there's no air conditioning. Also, the room we had was on the top floor, without a lift, up a narrow staircase. This was fine for us but something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues. Finally, the hotel states there is free parking available. HOWEVER, this is NOT at the hotel. It's a 10-minute walk down the road in the free town car park, which was ok to find spaces in even in high tourist season, but it's still not at the hotel itself. You can park up front and unload bags, but there is only one space off a very busy main road, hard to get out of and also an issue if you arrive when anyone else is already there.
