The best thing about Ona Palm Beach is its excellent location. It is right next to the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, bars and the main attractions in Playa de las Américas. The pool area is also one of its strongest points, with a large swimming pool and a pleasant atmosphere. Staff is really friendly, helpful and welcoming, and many of the apartments are spacious compared with a standard hotel room.
The main downside is that the rooms and apartments are quite dated. Furniture, bathrooms and general décor looks old and worn, the property would benefit from refurbishment. Cleanliness can also be inconsistent, stains and bathrooms that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Maintenance problems, including air conditioning, doors and bathroom fittings, are also an issue.

We loved our stay at Ona Palm Beach, location was great, only 20 min from airport, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, staff was friendly and helpful, view from balcony is amazing!
The apartment is needing upgrades, slightly outdated, but was clean. Noise isolation is not great, you can hear people coming back to apartment in the middle of the night.

The location is excellent, the breakfast and dinner buffet are good quality and good value and the staff were all very nice.
The rooms are way past their prime, old building, very basic facilities and some issues with cleanliness, bugs in our rooms etc.
