It was clean, the shuttle was good in the evening.
The surrounding area was filthy, didn't feel safe. There was no kettle in the room and restaurant menu was limited.

We liked the reasonable rate, the helpful/friendly staff, and the breakfast …. Oh, and although a tiny bit firm, the bed was really comfortable!
We were on the second floor and had absolutely no internet connection! It was very disappointing because we couldn’t use the iPad to research lodging in the area we were visiting next. Hotel should install repeating units or extenders on the upper floors.

The reception staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very good. The room and bathroom were verygood
However, the room did not have cold air conditioning, and when opening the window many insects came in due to the lack of a screen. The location is also not very convenient, with difficult access to Napoli Centrale (Garibaldi) station.
