The room with a balcony was lovely. The staff were exceptionally polite and respectful, always attentive without being intrusive. The breakfast was very good, and I especially appreciated the complimentary bottled water, which was replenished daily in the fridge.
The only area for improvement would be room cleanliness, which varied from day to day. For example, the coffee mug was not properly clean, and I noticed a large stain on the duvet cover, as though something had been spilled on it. While this was disappointing, the bedding was replaced later that day, so overall, it was fine.

The rooms are very clean and modern with high quality custom built-in closets. The room and hotel quality merit a score of 8 or 9. Price is reasonable for St Tropez.
The hotel management was hostile to bike tourists. They offered no options for secure indoor overnight bike storage. They said we should leave our bikes out overnight on an essentially public bike rack. This is an unacceptable policy for bike tourists. As it happens, we ere left with no other option than to bring our bikes in our room although we were told this is not ok.
