poor quality conditions for bathroom(broken things, leakings) poor service for luggage carrier( taking the tip and droping the things on street...,the indian driver) poor quality and expensive breakfast children pool wihout entretaintment

Everything was great, we are coming back in August!

It’s a wonderful resort! Several pools, kids entertainment, great buffet for breakfast and dinner, promenade to the city…

My wife had one of the best holistic massages (as she said, and she really knows about it!), but there were only 3 masseurs and all of them were occupied two days in advance, so I couldn’t get a massage for myself. But we will be back and reserve it in advance!

Sadly it was a great dissapointment compared to previous years.

we have been here many times and the location of the hotel + the fact that it has a direct beach access is a great plus

we were disappointed at how badly they let the resort uncared for. the pool bars were closed for some reason, which was a great shock to us as we went in the middle of the summer! the jacuzzi by the pool was not even filled up so you could not swim in it. the whole property was just screaming that it was not touched in the last 10 years or so. every surface outside was dirty and the sunbeds broken:(

Everything! Modern style, spaciousness, location, one of the most beautiful sea views I have ever seen, clean sea, great food, professional and friendly staff, great food with genuine tastes….

There are some worn out points, but this is not important compared to everything this resort offers!!

The location is great and views are spectacular! Exeptional pools and lovely surroundings. The gym is very nice. I enjoyed food and drinks. The staff was very helpful.

I have no complaints at all.

The resort is very nice and big. Staff is very friendly, thoughtful and was always ready to help. We really liked the spa, pools and gym.

wonderful respite between cruises

beautiful layout but it was the last weekend of the season so other than Saturday night dinner it was like a ghost town

We were in the apartment on the top floor there were a lot of kids below us and when they were in the hallway it echoed really loudly

Everything was very good. We will come back again if we come to Croatia.

In the kitchen in the apartment would be nice to have bowls as well and some pan and some cleaning stuff as well. This is the only one thing what we missed.

Good vacations with "adult children"

Excellent view (upper store, sea side). Lots of space (all pictures from the apartment). Separate air conditioning for living room and sleeping room. Big balcony with furniture. Nice terrace bar, mostly live music. Very good pools with terraces, bars (broad cocktails selection) and sea view.

Really bad wifi, mostly no internet. Prices not transparent, no neat sums neither in euro nor in Kuna, always 2-3 euro more than had been said. No free basic drinks for supper. Somewhat difficult access to the sea by higher waves. Some of beach furniture broken. Missing soap in apartment.

Exceptional

Lots of different pools, a huge resort, so there is places to go and see. The view is breathtaking. Rooftop terrace is exeptional. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The main and spa buildings have very nice disign that meets perfectly with sea and hills view. Few spots needs restoration, but it did not affect our stay.

Short family holiday

Location was good, 40 mins outside Rijeka, between two smaller towns. A lot of things to do outside the Resort and in Novi Vinodolski. The 6pm to 10pm tourist train to the village from the public beach was great.

Distances between different locations within the Resort. This was difficult with small kids, and when checking in , out at the Hotel to wait for extended periods for luggage transport (as no cars were allowed to the area).

5* hotel 20 years ago

This hotel is 5* from 20 years ago. I believe they did not fiks and change anything ever from beginning, everything is dirty, broken and lots of important thing missing in apartman (dishwashing items, bathrooms accessories..) We have different kind of bugs in aprtman. In 3 days they newer change our towels or make a bad… For more explanation I have some pictures

Best place to spend the holiday!!!

The hotel is beyond gorgeous! There are some many different locations within the hotel, im in luv with the infinity pool area, i will come back next year for 1 weeks at least!

Terrible condition. The place is falling apart!

Excellent staff in all areas of the resort! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way and deserve big compliments! The location is perfect for a quiet seaside holiday. Covered private parking for €10/day. Great views towards Krk island and a short walk to downtown Novi Vinodolski (shops, restaurants, etc). Our apartment was clean and in good condition.

Many reviews from last year point out the rustic conditions of the resort. Unfortunately the management has done nothing to improve. There is trash laying around, cracks in the walls and on the sidewalks, the beach is in horrible condition and very unpleasant. We don't have high standards but this was just depressing. Luckily the public beaches near the hotel are excellent and well maintained. I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
