We loved how clean and spacious the room was. And best of all we loved the amazing view out our window - unbelievable. Rinaldo was very friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The location was perfect. It was nice and quiet. And it was walking distance to the river

Location was great if you want to be in the Santo Spirito District.
The staff was 1 person for very limited hours, however, if you did see them they were very helpful.
The room was supposed to be a "double bed" but it was really just 2 twin beds pushed together. Which is pretty bad as you could imagine. No turn down service. No towels replenished (you could ask but I personally don't need them). The rooms on the website look way better than they actually are. The color scheme in mine was hideous.
