The location was good and the staff were very professional. The dining room staff and the front desk team were very helpful. The honesty bar was also welcome.
Our room was quite small and rather hot. The noise from the smokers/vapers in the courtyard below made it difficult to sleep at night.

Really good room size, spacious with comfortable layout. Great location in the 9th arr. within walking distance to major retail and department stores. Good restaurants & cafe's are less than 3 min walk away. Access to bus and metro within 100ms. Good breakfast spread. There's a 24 hour coffee station, free pastries served daily in the lobby, and an honestly bar/lounge which is perfect after a long day out, for a late night cap, or an early morning coffee. The staff were amazing and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in the suite. The hotel has a roof top lounge as well. This is truly a great hotel in the 9th arr. - I'm happy I found it.
The suite was spacious enough for us as 3 adults - the hotel amenities made our last two days in Paris very comfortable.
Limited room service options but you won't need this because good restaurant surround the hotel.
