Guest interaction There is a nearby host available to handle any issues that may arise during the stay Neighborhood overview This is a rare rural-farm neighborhood area on the lower Columbia where the homes are total river front without crossing a road to get to the river. Your dock starts 30 feet from the house front door. Paved roads are available for country biking (but no bike lanes), and you can hike within our 200 acres of foothill timberland providing outstanding views. Fishing Guidance - Chartering I have talked to the folks at "Gone Catchin Guide" Service . Oregon hunting and fishing licenses and limited gear are available 10 minutes away in Clatskanie. Also, Bob's Sports in Longview (30 minutes) is the Largest fishing supply selection in northwest. You can fish the Columbia River with either an Oregon or Washington fishing license. I recommend doing some charter fishing if you don't have your own boat. The charter captains know how to fish them best.
