Un séjour plus qu'agréable

Petit appartement au rez-de-chaussée littéralement à 30m de la Grand'Place mais pourtant très calme et proche de tout. Très confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour en "autonomie". J'y ai passé un excellent séjour, l'accueil est chaleureux et l'hôte est disponible en cas de besoin

appartement calme et bien agencé. Tout proche du centre.

Peut-être choisir son petit déjeuner en fonction de son envie et de ses gouts. un choix multiple en somme. Pour chaque aliment ou boisson on dit oui ou non afin d'éviter du gaspillage.

Good location for visiting the town centre, markets, etc. Easy parking in Grand Place. Small, but comfortable.

Great place at a perfect and very central location.

Great location, nice and clean apartment. Nice host. Easy to park car.

Everything to our satisfaction. But I can imagine temperature if warmer outside since no AC.

Ideally located, clean and neat.

I rang the number on the booking form and was given the door entry code so it was simple to gain access. We had the ground floor flat which is ideally suited 30 meters off the "Grand Place". The flat is quiet even though it fronts ont the street.

Did not know until we arrived that there was space to store bicycles. It might not be so quiet in the summer as it fronts onto the street.

A delightful find in the centre of Arras.

Located just off le Grand Place. Compact but with all that you need. Clean, comfortable and a real find! We've always used hotels before in Arras but this will now be our first choice.

Superb place to stay for a short or longer visit to Arras.

Friendly, welcoming and hospitable host Florence met us on arrival, allowed us to leave bags prior to check in showed us around and took us to the Saturday market. Spacious, modern, well-equipped, spotlessly clean and functional apartment. The location: close to the train station; close to main city squares and tourist office; patisseries, cafes and restaurants nearby; quiet at night. Helpful folder of information with instructions for appliances and places to visit and run.

Facilities, cleanliness and location

Maybe a couple more cooking utensils... a ladle, and a knife for cutting vegetables. Also we.didnt like the coffee pod machine, a simple plunger would have been better.

Good value for money apartment in Arras

Very spacious room with kitchenette. Very good location next to the heroes square. The owner was very polite.

No elevator so if you have suitcases and stroller not comfortable

Perfect!

Compact studio perfect for a short break in a wonderful town. Excellent location with very reasonably priced parking nearby. Florence was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Great location, good facilities and welcoming hosts, (who are not onsite but accessible by phone).

Was met at train station by one of the hosts, we had the ground floor unit which we had requested. It’s small but very comfortable for a couple, no use heating big apartments when we were out all day. Liked being able to cook or reheat food, breakfast delivered fresh each morning was delicious breads and pastries, home made jam, juices, coffee pods and quality tea bags, perfection, great start to the day. Location is brilliant close to the square. We really enjoyed our stay here and the friendliness of the hosts who go out of their way to communicate in English for us. Use of washing machine and dryer in a downstairs laundry room a very welcome addition when you have been on the road for a while. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic

Very good location. Apartment was very cosy and we was made to feel very welcome. We will defiantly stay here again next time when we visit Arras.
