Absolutely everything! The best hotel I found in all of Jordan! Clean, organized, comfortable, and the staff are exceptional!! Nothing is more important then finding a good stay on a long vacation, this is the place you don't want to hesitate one bit to book!
I honestly can’t find one thing to complain about! It’s a new property with new furniture and appliances, everything is looked after with utmost care!

This is a repeat stay at Naylover Hotel and is my go-to hotel in Amman, as it provides consistently outstanding service.
Best location you can find and best value for the money. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area in the 7th circle, a few minutes walking distance from a major hypermarket and lots of shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and dry cleaning service.
The hotel’s highlight is the staff who always make me feel at home as well as the cleaning crew who consistently leave the room spotless clean and always stockpiled with a large water bottle, tea bags, coffee bags, etc.
Best place to stay in Amman all around.

Convenient, super clean, excellent location.
The hospitality and generosity of the Jordanian people is super impressive! . Great communication from the point of booking to the check out. All the staff were super nice and kind to us. We had a great time in the VIP apartment and will come back again when we are in Amman.
Our flight was delayed and we missed the first night at the hotel, they very kindly didn’t charge us for the night we missed !!
On-site breakfast would be a bonus, but its not really a problem. Just 5 minutes north of the hotel , there is an amazing bakery with fresh bread and Manaeesh every morning at very good price. We had lots of free Turkish coffee from the hotel every morning with the bakery Manaeesh ;)

Front desk Mr.Ahmed (hopefully I got his name right.) is super friendly, all the people here are nice. Very cost-efficient choice, not in the heart of the city but got plenty place to eat nearby, even get to see the royal wedding celebration fleet around the block on 1st of June.

General Consensus: I really enjoyed my stay in Naylover, granted it was my first time in Amman, our stay was certainly a very strong first impression of the hospitality and quality of guest services you'd expect to get in Jordan. The property itself is relatively small but a very quaint one at that. It is well maintained and decorated with tasteful interiors. It markets itself as a 3-star hotel but I have found it akin to some 4-star properties I've stayed in. For the price paid, our stay was definitely a worthwhile bargain. If you're looking to stay at a comfortable hotel, I would highly recommend Naylover.
Location: Hotel is in very close proximity to the Galleria Mall which is one of Amman's premier shopping district. It is also very accessible by the Airport Shuttle Bus which stops right at the 7th Circle Intersection (10 min walk to the Hotel). The newly inaugurated BRT system is 5 minutes away by Uber/Taxi which was also very convenient way to commute from the hotel.
Bedrooms: Rooms were a bit on the small side but I found its size to be of no issue for solo travellers. This might become a problem if you're staying with more people, which I wouldn't recommend doing for the smaller room types. I found the bed and sheets to be very clean and slept very easily. I rate hotels based on the quality of sleep I can get from their mattresses and the ones they had at Naylover were able to give me an ample amount of that. The room also features a 'mini pantry' which were stocked with tea, coffee, and other cutlery facilities. They also had a medium size fridge to accompany this. They also had abundant storage space from the full size wardrobe.
Bathrooms: Highlight of the stay. I was impressed at the bathrooms as they were very clean and similar to those I've found in many 5-star hotels. They used very luxurious tiling which made the floors less slippery and had wall mounted toilets.
I didn't find anything particularly off-putting from my stay in Naylover, but there are a couple of things guests must keep in mind before booking with the hotel.
Location: I personally found the area to be a bit secluded away from the centre of town which was something I personally prefer. So you would not be disturbed by noise or whatnot. If you hate staying somewhere where there's little or nothing to do, Naylover might not be for you. It is also fairly distant from town which require a 5-10 min Uber or Taxi Ride. I personally did not mind this but if you'd want to rely on walking or using public transport, this would be difficult to do from Naylover.
Amenities: The hotel does not have on-site restaurant, swimming pool, or any other additional facilities. So if you're expecting some hotel-based activities, these won't be available for you in Naylover.
Bedrooms: Rooms can get a bit cramped if you're tall and staying with friends or family. The walls are also not sound-proof so expect to hear a lot of noise from your neighbours. I didn't find them too bothersome though. What I did find tedious was the lack of a desk and chair in the room. They did not have a study/vanity desk which will make it difficult for those looking to work or eat while in the rooms. I personally would have preferred to have this instead of the pantry.
Overall, I would still recommend Naylover for its cleanliness and quality of rooms. I will be coming back the next time I am in Jordan!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Naylove Hotel and I must say, it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I have had in a long time. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home.
The rooms at the Naylove Hotel were incredibly comfortable and spacious, with all the modern amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air-conditioning was spot-on, and the high-speed internet allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. The room also had a well-appointed bathroom, with soft towels and a range of toiletries provided.
One of the best things about my stay at the Naylove Hotel was the staff. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel's concierge service was also top-notch, providing me with helpful recommendations and advice on the local area.
In conclusion, my stay at the Naylove Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the city. The staff's warm hospitality and comfortable rooms make this hotel a true gem, and I cannot wait to return for another visit.
