Fabulous location, literally open the doors to the pool, and a fab view of the beach, and very pretty at night when the bay was lit up. Noura was a great host, we were met on arrival and when leaving, taxis were arranged for us and all communication dealt with straight away.

Floors became quite slippery when wet, maybe a few anti slip mats would be good around the apartment, especially when kids are going back and forth to the pool.

the furniture is old, water in bathroom is running weak, the door of bathroom has not latch. the bed room so small. some things in the apartment so messy, behind the door the owner put everything look so messy when you close door you can see even the bloom …etc look not tidy

The most incredible location, right on the beach and opposite the pool. A wonderful and accommodating host. It was the most ideal couple of days with a young family - we can’t wait to return!

The location was fantastic with close proximity to the lovely beach but also local bars and restaurants. We also loved the view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach beyond - plenty of people watching opportunities! Noura our wonderful host was amazing too, with excellent communication and very helpful attitude - would deffo go back!

We were a family of 5, and i think the apartment would perhaps be better suited to 4 people but that said it certainly served our purpose and we knew that before we attended - we didn't spend much time in the apartment other than sleeping as so much to see and do...

The location was fantastic. The beach was really close, and the pool could be accessed from the apartment's terrace. We could eat breakfast on our terrace looking out over the pool and beach. The pool had several entry points with easy steps, swimming was from 9 until 9. The apartment came with a selection of beach toys which the children made good use of throughout the stay. There was a well stocked kitchen with a full size fridge/freezer and oven, hob and microwave. The whole apartment was very clean on arrival. The beds were really comfortable, including the sofa bed. It was the first time my son hasn't complained about the quality/comfort of a sofa bed! An added bonus was that there was a shower, sink and toilet in one room and another separate sink and toilet. I had read over that when booking so that was a very nice and useful surprise. Noura had left an information booklet about local restaurants and places of interest that we made use of. Her restaurant reviews were spot on! We allowed Noura to organize our taxi transfer to and from the airport, which worked out perfectly. Noura communicated via WhatsApp with us on the lead up to our holiday and was always quick to respond to our messages. She met us at the property on arrival and saw us off at the end of our trip. This was a nice touch as it made us feel welcome and it allowed her to explain how the shower and washing machine etc worked. It also meant that we felt comfortable messaging her about anything throughout our stay. There was a bowl of fruit waiting for us and a large bottle of drinking water in the fridge too. Absolutely fantastic stay - we really didn't want to leave! When we return to Alcudia we will definitely stay at Noura's apartment again.

Everything was excellent but if I had to find two things to improve I would say directions to the closest recycling points. The folder clearly explained what should be recycled but it took us a couple of days to find the recycling points. I am sure if we had messaged Noura she would have told us immediately but we were happy to look by ourselves. Secondly, there were a couple of dishwasher tablets provided. We only stayed 7 nights so needed an additional 5, we looked in several supermarkets for small packets but could only find large packets. We were happy to buy them but for future guests it might be a nice touch to provide one tablet per day for shorter stays. The place was wonderful though and these are very, very minor points and by no means detract from a 10 out of 10 review!

The appartment was good and comfortable. 3 Rooms, and 2 bathrooms. A kitchen with all you need and a Washing machine. For a family with Kids very good. Is with direct See View, a big balcony and is near the beach.

We didn't like , that it have 5 stairs from elevator to the appartment with a little hall and we had a babypram.
