This hotel lacks the amenities one would expect. Most hotels provide safe free drinking water. This hotel charges you. The shower was unacceptable I human size cubicle with no room to spare. Drop your soap you must exit the shower to pick it up. The hot water was never hot. They provided only one towel total. It definitely does not deserve a three star rating'

The staff are very welcome and keep a very good clean hotel with an ample breakfast of fresh fruits yoghurt cakes eggs meats and toast, right in centre of lschia,

The service here is horrific. We were shouted at by the hotel manager who actually followed us out of thee break fast hall and all the way back to reception, shouting at us for leaving the air con and light on when we went for breakfast. We apologised and said that we understand impact on the planet and didn’t mean to do it but were rushing to check out. It didn’t stop. Continued to shout at us extremely rude. Shouting that we are not normal. Shouting about the planet. Shouting shouting shouting. If you are that fussed leave a sign or even better use a room key like other hotels that turns lights off. Room was so basic and breakfast choices were poor. Don’t stay here if you have a choice.

Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast and lovely pool area. Room was a bit small, but everything was so clean and nice that it didn't bother us.

Lovely, family run hotel. Family was very helpful and provided good tips and were happy to try and help. Very clean. Hard working family who do their best to make your stay a good one!

Great location, nice breakfast, amazing views by the pools

The pool and hot tub were quite dirty :( it was a bit disappointing because we paid more money for here because of the pools but when we went down the whole surface of each was covered in dead flies and there was debris at the bottom. Easy fixed, maybe it was because we booked only a few hours before but it made me only go in for 1 minute but would’ve gone elsewhere if I’d known. I don’t know if it’s just the case of needing to have some jets on or something so it cleans itself or being done manually.

The rooms in this hotel are very outdated and small. Especially bathrooms need renovation.

Friendly staff at 24h front desk. Exceptional pools both swimming and thermal. Nice garden and great view. Good location 15 min walking to port.

Modest room. Neither tea pot nor glasses. Small TV, no safe box in the room. Same breakfast every day.
