The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive. Design is lovely, though each room is unique so I can only speak for mine. Smart contemporary design. Great location for public transit and reasonably central.
No complaints! The room was small, but perfect for someone traveling solo as why was. Tight for two but well priced.

Location felt safe, close to metro and train stops and a good base to navigate the city from. Could walk to notre dame. Staff were lovely. Bed comfortable. A great hotel for a more budget minded traveller in a good district.
The shower gel was body/hair wash. But otherwise genuinely no complaints.

I stayed on the 5th floor Paradise room, Chromo therapy bathtub. I think I had the best suite and view in the hotel. I really enjoyed your staff.
I liked everything.

The stuff were friendly, and good location.
It was a bit rundown in need of renovation. hair dryer did work not the biggest deal as we had one packed. Shower leaked, when in use water would run out the ceiling.
