The staff, the location, and the cafe/ restaurant were excellent 👌
Superb cleanliness!
I want especially prize the Cafe staff! They were very friendly and helpful. Plus the excellent food 😋
As a disabled person, it was hard for me to carry my luggage up the stairs when I arrived and carried down the stairs when I checked out. Lift would be great!
Didn't like the dawn filled pillows as the sharp ends of feathers kept sticking in my face.

Friendly and helpful staff. Every interaction was met with smile and willingness to resolve any issue you have. No AC in room but provided fan. Nice touch kettle and tea + coffee in room.
Overall room looks a bit tired. Room had smell couldn't determine if it was dust or mold. Felt stuffy. Also towels smelled stale. Either haven't been properly dried or stayed for too long in washing machine after washing cycle ended or room where they are kept are too humid. If you arrive with suitcase nowhere to put it.

Clean, comfortable, well run quirky hotel. Located in a quiet residential area. I had the budget single room, which is very small, but I expected that, given the reasonable price. Receptionists friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant is popular with locals, and the dinner and breakfast I had were good. Table reservations recommended.
It was a 20-30 minute walk to the canal promenade with cafes and restaurants, a bit far if elderly or walking at night.
