we had a very warm welcome from Claudia who was on reception. She helped us with advice where to eat and what to see next day. She is a lovely person and a real asset to Aston Hotel.
The breakfast was excellent and we were very happy with the room

The staff was exceptional. They helped us plan a day excursion to Alba via train. We were looking to take the bus to the train station, but the owner drove us all the way to the station himself (about a 25 min ride).
We were without a car. There is a restaurant on site and taxis were quick to respond to the hotel site. Taxis were not as quick to pick us up the closest town (Chieri).

Nice room, great bathroom, breakfast was good. Clean and tidy
Remote and on a main road. On arrival there was no power due to an area power cut. Not the hotels fault.

Breakfast had a variety of options, was well stocked and tasty. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet.
