Location was really good.
Breakfast didn’t start until 9am in the morning (Sun)and was looking forward to it as the reviews were good.

The location great , the hotel in general was good restrauant good food at decent priced at the two course for £16. Car parking free also good , the staff very helpful no problem when we requested a late check out all in all enjoyable stay and would recommend . The young girl serving meals and drink was very helpful and polite a credit to the hotel
Beds quite uncomfortable with spring movement and bed kept moving about as casters not locked. Not keen on shower over bath and really should be shower cubicle only in hotels now ,although shower was good force, also high baths struggled a bit with sore knee. Bath rail.not working. Tv should be better fixed on wall free space at table. Also dissapointing breakfast not included in the £91 a night room ,and to buy seperately add on at £12 + each , takes room to over £114 + per night which is a bit over the top,

Great location. Staff were lovely.
The room was hotter than the sun. Heating jammed on the whole night and windows restricted to an inch opening. 22 degrees outside and heating on full blast led to no sleep. Very clean but very dated and basic. Expensive for what you get.

Nice hotel with everything you need all around you bars/restaurants etc. Will definitely be back.

The staff makes u very welcome nothing is any bother to them the cleaning staff are also excellent I've stayed many times now I wouldn't go to any other hotel in Ayr and its situated very central to everything.
I don't have any dislikes.

The staff were nice. The pub was good. The room was clean. Hot Shower.
The bed was uncomfortable. It was right across the street from a club that was bumping loud music and attracting loud patrons, long into the night. Our room was very hot when we got there so we opened the windows, which looked directly over the loud club and let even more noise in. The heater was turned up all the way when we arrived. It was difficult to get good rest.

room very cramped, not a relaxing feel in the room but fitted our purpose as we were going out so it was really just a base for us and the location is great.

Receptionist and bar Staff lovely. Hotel clean and breakfast was fabulous. Hotel bar was very quaint and cosy, bar prices good too
Bedroom decor a bit dull and needs updated, but it didn't ruin our stay as bedroom was very clean.

Location and parking we're fine and staff cheerful and helpful.
The room was very tired and located at the rear of the premises overlooking a backyard. For the price you would expect more. Breakfast facilities were off premises.

Lovely helpful staff both at the reception and in the bistro bar. Nothing was too much trouble. Kirsty even managed to fix my phone. Hotel well situated and food excellent. Well worth a stay. We will be back.
My mattress could have been stronger but other than that all fine.

The staff were great .
But the rooms were out dated beds need renewing . Stains on pillows windows and frames were very dirty only stayed one night instead of the two as it was uncomfortabl and not clean enough for me and there was not enough water pressure in shower and lack of hot water .
Would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone again
