Wonderful hotel for families, the rooms are simple but comfortable, clean and a good size. The food is surprisingly good and the stuff are helpful and nice. The location is outside of Eilat itself so transportation is needed to go to any attraction or shopping.

The variety of the food, the not clean dishes and glasses, the temperature of the water (bathroom)

Room with private little pool.
Food, service, facilities in general. Waterpark is ok for little kids.... Even in the morning when its quite empty you wait 15 min for one ride. If theres people u wait much, much longer ......

This hotel is perfect for families! The rooms were great, the food was varied and had lots of healthy choises and kid-favorites, they have lawns for the little ones to run around on, and lots of activities for children. Loved it and hope to return in the future.

The staff was very kind, especially Albina.
The food was horrible, all services are very peer on Friday evening and Saturday.
