What's not to like?! The hotel was immaculately clean, the food at the restaurant was excellent (we had steak and salmon) The staff was so friendly and they even have a fun bowling alley and a spa. Located right at the foot of the trail to Bastei Bridge. Parking on site no extra charge. A tasty breakfast was included which had a good variety. It was very quiet at night. Bed was comfy. Room was clean and had everything we needed.
Not a thing was wrong!

The location is very good and we enjoyed the sauna.
Personal is greatly understaffed. Service is horrible and personal is rude. The price is far too high for what you get.
I missed a kettle in the room
