Location!

Everything was good. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Very pleasant and helpful staff. It was convenient to be able to park on the premises, though it would have helped those arriving later like me if other guests parked more considerately and occupied only one space ! The location on a main thoroughfare is convenient for access to most of Kassel.

It was overbooked, they did not warned about that and we had to look for another place in the night

The breakfast was super. The buffet had such a wide variety of items catering to many international tastes. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had our coffee before we were even through the buffet line. We also needed to store our luggage following checkout and they have a room for guests to use if they want to do some touring or need to run errands before they go on their way. The evening and morning desk clerks were very helpful with answering questions. In all a great experience.
