KONCEPT HOTEL Benedikt

It is a self service hotel so no staff met during my stay. It is close to the train station and in a lively area. It has a Japanese restaurant at the ground. It is a regular hotel to spend a night.

Nice bed, air conditioner

Too hot when I entered but that's just me

Everything, you arrive at the Siegburg’s station and your room is directly there, very comfortable and clean.

Very good concept, I have nothing to criticize!

In my tariff there was no breakfast included, therefore I cannot rate it. The location was very comfortable but the room was dirty, in fact I had to ask a colleague to exchange rooms during our stay.

The room was dirty, the bed sheets had hair on them and were stained and I found a cockroach in my room on the night of my arrival. Since the check-in was fully digitalised I had to call the reception via booking and they helped as they could, but there was no cleaning service provided for 'environmental reasons'. I had to exchange my room with a colleague, and only after he had gone, the room was finally cleaned and I could enter it and sleep in it. Even thought the room was cleaned, I found dirty bed sheets, stained and with hair on them. I spent more than 600€ for a really bad quality room.
