l'accoglienza del proprietario e della famiglia è stata top. Camera monolocale minimal ma provvista di tutto. Colazione ottima con prodotti principalmente di loro produzione. Posizione ottimale per chi cerca tranquillità. La struttura è provvista anche di una piscina all'aperto molto carina.

Un luogo autentico dove si ritrovano i sapori e valori di un vero agriturismo. Eccezionale l’accoglienza di Roberto. Ottime le torte della colazione preparate da Claudia.

Beautiful area of Italy rich on history and culture with some excellent restaurants in the nearby villages and towns.
Great swimming pool and extensive garden.
Comfortable beds
16th century main house with a big breakfast room at the chimney, otherwise no other common space in the house.
The particular personality of a historical/cultural knowledgeable host
The rather dark guest apartments in houses separate from the main house with worn out furniture, however comfortable beds.
Not a place to hang out at bad weather.
The fairly bad internet network of the area Umbria/Toscana

Without booked breakfast guest have to pay for bed sheets, pillow cases and blanket covers…
The fact that a kitchen cabinet with sink, gas stove and fridge € 40,- extra fee is charged / stay…
