Central location minutes from all the hustle and bustle but yet a little oasis. The breakfast is divine, dinner menu is phenomenal. Staff are so helpful but I have to single out Paulo who works in both the reception and the restaurant, he was so helpful.
It would be great to have a safety deposit box in the room.

Il signore della reception molto gentile e disponibile anche a darci consigli vari.
Colazione non è a buffet ma viene servito direttamente al tavolo un vassoio con: pane caldo, affettato, formaggino, burro, marmellata, cornetto e succo di mela + a scelta una bevanda calda (caffè o cappuccino), pasto molto equilibrato e buono.
La stanza e il bagno erano molto puliti e dotati di ogni comfort.

The location was fantastic right bin the centre of the city near the main sights. Breakfast was substantial and of a high quality. There were two restaurants that belonged to the hotel both excellent and the room was spacious
There was no bar.

Our family room turned out to be a small apartment with living space (including the sofa bed), kitchenette and a main bedroom plus bathroom. Everything was very clean, and the location was very central. (The square gets going around 6am so not the best location for those wanting to sleep in late if you need the window open!)

Friendly and helpful staff. Big and comfortable room. Fast wifi. Location is perfect. Not noisy at all despite being at the very center (good windows, apparently).
Breakfast was ok but can't understand why they don't offer it as buffet (apparently because of covid but that excuse doesn't work anymore). You have to go up some stairs to get to the elevator, which is not good for people carrying big suitcases or with reduced mobility. A bit pricey but it's the cheapest one I found in Luxembourg and after all value for money wasn't that bad!

The location was great, so close to all the things you want to visit in Luxembourg. The room was cozy and had everything you need. The breakfast was consistently good, coffee was awesome and the staff was always friendly to every request.
There was a construction site on the plaza right in front of the hotel; however, the work was always done during acceptable hours and we understand there's not much for the hotel to do about it. This was May 2023, hopefully it'd be done soon

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The lift was only accessible on the half-landings, so it was still necessary to use stairs. Not a problem for us but may be for others. The shower in our room leaked slightly. Breakfast was exactly the same each day - it was nice but some variety would have been good.

Great location, right in the centre. I stayed in one of the apartments. It was fantastic with all mod cons (fridge, oven, hob, tv etc.), even underfloor heating in the bathroom. The wifi was great. Nice view of the Hotel de Ville.
It was all great. Just one small criticism was that the breakfast was the same every day. It was a very good breakfast but it would have been nice to have some choice.

The location was incredible and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself was a pretty dated, the bed was uncomfortable, and the shower was tiny. The walls/doors were thin so we could hear everything happening in the hallway.

the town square was in the middle of being renovated but I understand this had nothing to do with the hotel and I got a good nights sleep regardless

The Vauban Team is very nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and the location is fantastic.
The Single room was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen with a window to a 3-meter small dark back courtyard, mere an air vent. Although I had asked for a room with a view in my booking and addressed being uncomfortable with this room upon arrival, they did not react.
I had booked the room for another person and felt embarrassed for this accommodation. This room shouldn't be offered to guests, certainly not for the price.

Restaurants attached to it are really good. Bed comfortable. Nice complimentary breakfast and good coffee. Friendly staff.

The rooms were comfy and clean. The hotel is located right in the heart of the old town on the square and all major locations are reachable on foot. There is a nice breakfast included. The staff is very polite. The restaurant in the hotel is nice. The reception does not work during the night, but they found a way to provide our room keys, as we had a late arrivalx
