Lovely room with balcony, excellent dinner and lovely ambience in reception sitting area
The EV chargers are only for people who already have a physical card provided by a Belgian provider ..... so basically useless. They don't take cards and they don't work off an app either. This was doubly annoying, since before travelling I asked the hotel if they had EV chargers and they replied 'yes we do'. After a 10 hour drive I then had to drive to the local town and spend 45 minutes in a supermarket carpark instead of relaxing in the bar. The hotel know the problem and are trying to change provider.

Conveniently located on our way to Dunkirk and a lovely building
Pricey under staffed bar . Beyond the reception and lounge, it seemed more like a motorway service station

Unbelievable location with great facilities and great breakfast.
Unfortunately the staff are slow and unable to handle complaints, we waited 30 minutes for our dinner plates to be cleared we then waited a further 15 mins for the dessert before we decided to leave and report our issues at reception. While at reception I also reported the shower door would not shut and the shower head was extremely loose in its fitting and made showering difficult
Poorly handled from start to finish nothing in the way of compensation like a free drink or apology, but we didn’t let it spoil our evening and just put it down to experience.
